Asparagus Mediterranean salad with hearts of palm, grilled portabella mushroom, piquillo peppers, boursin cheese and toasted bine nut vinaigrette

Option One: Charred beef tenderloin & jumbo lump crab cake laid over mashed potatoes, grilled zucchini squash and served with agave demi glaze
